Recreatus Consulting Inc. is a Western Canadian based consultancy dedicated to helping leaders and organizations realize their distinct, positive potential. Our expertise resides in developing leaders and teams to more effectively relate and communicate. We are a small, intelligent, agile consultancy that takes joy in positive, synergistic relationships and sustainable results.

Recreatus Consulting is based in Saskatoon and Calgary.

We partner with organizations and leaders to guide them toward greater sustainable success. Our work is in the human dynamic: intrapersonally and interpersonally. Our expertise is in emotional intelligence, internal human resources and capacities, interpersonal communication, and team dynamics. We typically work with:

Teresa Quilty, BA, BEd, MBA

principal

Teresa is a leadership and communication consultant, professional coach, facilitator and speaker. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations succeed by building on their inherent greatness.

During the last 20 years, Teresa has journeyed as a teacher, a communications professional, a writer, and an independent consultant. She has worked in cross-cultural, educational, non-profit and corporate settings. She believes that leadership begins within and draws from her personal journey in connecting powerfully with her audiences and clients. She is the proud mom of three wonderful boys.

Teresa has recently completed an MBA with a Specialization in Leadership at Royal Roads University; she also has undergraduate degrees in Arts and Education. She is a member of International Coach Federation, an advanced Toastmaster and is certified in EQ in Action.

Teresa is based in Saskatoon, Canada.

Terry Lynn Tudor, BSc, MBA

senior coach and consultant

Terry is a coach and organizational development consultant based in Calgary, Canada. She contributes to Recreatus clients primarily in the areas of change management, leadership coaching and educational facilitation. Her unique strengths and passion reside in her ability to connect powerfully through empathy and compassion, to bring perspective, and to support clients in their personal development.

Terry brings more than 20 years' experience working in relationship-focused environments, including 18 years as sales consultant and then regional manager for a major Canadian multi-national health-care company. An exceptional facilitator, presenter and team builder, Terry's competencies draw from her management experience in team motivation and effectiveness, client relationship management, creative solution building, and strategic goal setting.

With a reputation for “walking the talk” with integrity, grace, respect and collaboration, Terry facilitates positive change within organizations and others. Terry's joy is in serving as a catalyst to individuals and groups, through self-discovery, helping them transform towards higher levels of performance and satisfaction. 

Complementing her association with Recreatus Consulting, Terry operates an independent consulting practice in Calgary and partners with The Natural Leader. She has recently completed an MBA with a Specialization in Leadership through Royal Roads University. In her precious uncommitted time, Terry enjoys opportunities for learning, reflective self-discovery and spending time with family and friends.

Lorelei Nickel, BScOT

senior coach and consultant

Lorelei is a leadership and organizational development consultant, facilitator and coach. Her passion is assisting individuals, organizations and communities to discover their inherent potential and utilize this as a foundation to envision and co-create their desired future.

Lorelei brings to Recreatus Consulting sixteen years of experience as an occupational therapist and, more recently, as an independent facilitator/consultant. She has worked extensively in the healthcare, corrections and education sectors, in one-to-one and group settings, and in therapeutic and management roles. Her diverse career has enabled her to define and develop her skills in strengths-based assessment, clarification of vision/values/desired outcomes, creative problem-solving, personal development, team functioning, and strategic planning.

Lorelei has an extensive track record of client successes, inspiring and empowering individuals to emerge as leaders to create meaningful, transformational change in their lives. She is committed to lifelong learning and is currently completing her MBA with a Specialization in Leadership through Royal Roads University.

Lorelei’s greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband and two children and their extensive network of family and friends. She lives near Waldheim, Saskatchewan, just outside of Saskatoon.
